ROOM FOR EXPANSION

Jefferson Energy Terminal currently operates on 250 acres and has room to grow. The terminal has an additional 190 acres north of the Main Terminal and 65 acres south of the Main Terminal for full build-out potential of 18 million barrels of storage and four Aframax capable docks.
